Termsof Use
Last updated: May 11, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to Visu.Haus. By using the website, editor, generator, gallery, account features, billing flows, exports, public links, APIs, MCP server, connected-client features, or related services, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Visu.Haus for a company, studio, client, agency, team, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Acceptance and Eligibility
- If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Visu.Haus.
- Visu.Haus is not directed to children under 16. Paid accounts should be used only by adults or by users with permission from a parent, guardian, employer, client, or authorized organization.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in credentials, private files, exports, API keys, OAuth grants, MCP client connections, access tokens, and share links secure.
- Do not share, sell, transfer, or make your account available to someone else without permission.
Visu.Haus may update these Terms as the product, providers, pricing, features, laws, or business changes. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
Service and AI Output
Visu.Haus uses automated and AI-assisted systems to generate, modify, render, preview, export, store, and share creative outputs. You can provide prompts, reference assets, uploaded files, settings, instructions, and other input. Visu.Haus may return generated code, visuals, animations, files, previews, exports, and other output.
You understand that AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, visually flawed, technically broken, similar to output generated for other users, fail to render, fail to export, or be unsuitable for your intended use.
Visu.Haus does not guarantee that any generation, update, file, preview, export, code, animation, design, visual output, or gallery item will be correct, unique, error-free, commercially usable, non-infringing, compatible with every browser or device, or fit for any particular purpose.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, editing, and approving any output before using it, publishing it, delivering it to a client, selling it, relying on it, or incorporating it into commercial, professional, public, or production work.
Plans, Credits, Billing, and Refunds
Visu.Haus may offer free access, paid subscriptions, credit packs, feature gates, storage limits, export limits, generation limits, and other paid or limited features. Plan details are shown on the pricing page, checkout flow, or account area.
- Credits may be required for generation, updates, exports, variants, or other paid actions. Credit costs, plan limits, and feature limits may change as the product evolves.
- Cloud AI actions consume Visu.Haus Cloud AI credits when Visu.Haus runs managed generation for you. MCP generations that run through your own compatible AI provider do not consume Visu.Haus Cloud AI credits, but may still consume storage, bandwidth, file limits, plan limits, fair-use capacity, technical rate limits, and third-party provider usage.
- Monthly credits may reset or expire according to the plan. Purchased credits may have separate rules shown at checkout or in the account area.
- Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage billing through the account area or Stripe billing portal when available.
- If payment fails, we may limit, downgrade, suspend, or remove access to paid features until payment is resolved.
- Taxes, bank fees, currency conversion fees, provider fees, and payment processor fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.
Credits are consumed when a generation or update is successfully completed and an output is delivered. Because creative quality, style, usefulness, and satisfaction are subjective, completed generations are not eligible for credit refunds solely because you do not like the result, the result does not match your expectations, the prompt was ineffective, the style is not useful to you, or you decide not to use the output.
Credits may be restored only when a generation or update fails due to a platform error and no completed output is delivered. If a request includes multiple variants, credits may be restored only for the variants that failed, not for variants that completed successfully.
Credit restoration is the sole remedy for failed generations, incomplete generations, or unusable generations, unless a mandatory consumer right that cannot be waived requires another remedy.
All purchases are final. Visu.Haus does not offer refunds or credit returns because you changed your mind, no longer need the service, did not like an output, expected a different style, used an ineffective prompt, misunderstood a feature, or decided not to use a delivered result. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
MCP Server, APIs, and Connected Clients
Visu.Haus may provide a Model Context Protocol server, APIs, account links, settings screens, documentation, and related tools that let compatible AI clients, assistants, automations, or integrations interact with Visu.Haus on your behalf.
To use these features, you must connect an authorized account, use a compatible client, follow the setup instructions shown by Visu.Haus or the client, and keep any account grants, tokens, credentials, local files, and client configuration secure. The MCP server can act only through the permissions, account state, plan limits, and tools made available to the connected account.
MCP and API workflows may read Visu.Haus context, request account status, generate .visu files, save files to My Visus, upload user-provided .visu files, create or return links, rename items, update saved files, duplicate items, download files, or perform other actions exposed by current tools. Some clients may also read local files or attachments on your device before sending content to Visu.Haus; Visu.Haus cannot see or control local files unless your client sends them to the service.
- You are responsible for every prompt, instruction, approval, tool call, upload, file, output, link, edit, save, download, publication, deletion, or other action made through your connected account.
- You are responsible for monitoring credit usage, plan limits, storage limits, and any third-party charges created by your MCP client, AI assistant, automation, model provider, cloud service, local runtime, API provider, or other connected service.
- Visu.Haus is not responsible for unexpected generations, repeated tool calls, automation loops, accidental saves, overwritten files, public links, third-party client behavior, local file access by your client, or costs charged by services outside Visu.Haus.
- Do not connect Visu.Haus to a client, agent, automation, or server you do not trust. Disconnect access, rotate credentials, or contact support if you believe a client is compromised or acting unexpectedly.
MCP server access is a convenience layer for user-directed creative workflows. It is not a guarantee of availability, output quality, cost control, client compatibility, data recovery, or legal compliance.
Input, Output, and License
You retain any rights you already have in your prompts, uploads, files, assets, instructions, and other input. You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to upload, process, generate from, publish, share, or export that input through Visu.Haus.
You grant Visu.Haus a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, transmit, display, create previews from, create exports from, and otherwise use your input and output as needed to operate, secure, monitor, debug, support, improve, and provide the service. This license includes the right to use trusted service providers for those purposes.
As between you and Visu.Haus, you may use outputs generated for you, subject to these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, provider rules, plan limits, connected-client rules, and any restrictions shown in the product, checkout flow, MCP client, or integration. Commercial use is permitted on paid plans unless a specific feature, provider, asset, or plan term says otherwise.
Visu.Haus does not guarantee that outputs are unique, copyrightable, protectable, registrable, non-infringing, or commercially suitable. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Visu.Haus software, product design, code, interface, brand, systems, documentation, prompts, infrastructure, or models to you.
If you send feedback, ideas, requests, or suggestions, Visu.Haus may use them without restriction or compensation.
Storage, Gallery, and Public Sharing
Your plan may limit saved visus, file sizes, assets, variants, exports, downloads, public links, or gallery submissions. We may delete, restrict, archive, or remove files that exceed limits, create security risk, violate these Terms, infringe rights, or must be removed for legal, safety, operational, or provider reasons.
If you publish, submit, or make a visu public through the Gallery, a public link, or a sharing feature, you grant Visu.Haus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, copy, transcode, adapt for preview, create thumbnails, make available, promote, and distribute that item within or about Visu.Haus.
Public items may be viewed, opened, copied, indexed, shared, or remixed by others depending on product features and item settings. Do not publish content unless you have the rights and permissions needed to share it publicly.
You can remove or request removal of public items, but copies may remain for a limited time in backups, caches, logs, provider systems, external shares, screenshots, embeds, exports, or records needed for legal, safety, billing, or operational reasons.
Acceptable Use
Use Visu.Haus responsibly. You may not use the service to create, upload, publish, automate, sell, or distribute material or activity that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, infringing, or unsafe.
- Do not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contract, confidentiality, or other rights.
- Do not upload malware, secrets, stolen credentials, exploit code, private keys, or material intended to compromise systems.
- Do not scrape, overload, probe, bypass rate limits, evade access controls, automate abuse, or interfere with the service.
- Do not impersonate others, misrepresent ownership, misrepresent output as human-made when that would be deceptive, or mislead people about how content was created.
- Do not use Visu.Haus to harass, threaten, exploit, sexualize minors, facilitate violence, facilitate illegal activity, or generate content that creates meaningful legal or safety risk.
- Do not use Visu.Haus for high-risk decisions or regulated uses such as medical, legal, financial, employment, credit, housing, insurance, law enforcement, biometric identification, critical infrastructure, or safety-critical decisions.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell, frame, white-label, or compete with the platform except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, throttle requests, disable public links, revoke credits, contact you, or report activity if we believe there is a safety, security, legal, rights, billing, abuse, or platform integrity issue.
Copyright and Takedown
If you believe content on Visu.Haus infringes your copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights, contact contact@visu.haus with enough detail for us to identify the content and evaluate the request.
- Include the URL or item identifier, a description of the work or right you claim is affected, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- If you are sending a formal copyright notice, include the information required by the applicable copyright law in your jurisdiction, including a physical or electronic signature when required.
- We may remove, restrict, or disable access to allegedly infringing content and may terminate or restrict accounts that repeatedly infringe or abuse the service.
- If your content is removed and you believe the notice was mistaken, contact us with a counter-notice or explanation.
Visu.Haus does not currently list a dedicated DMCA agent or copyright portal. Copyright and rights notices should be sent to contact@visu.haus unless a dedicated agent or portal is published in this Legal Center later.
Third-Party Services
Visu.Haus uses third-party services for authentication, hosting, database, storage, analytics, payments, email, AI generation, security, logging, connected-client compatibility, and related infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms, privacy policies, limits, outages, pricing, and restrictions.
Visu.Haus is not responsible for third-party outages, provider errors, provider pricing changes, provider quality issues, provider refusals, provider policy enforcement, provider data processing, MCP client behavior, assistant behavior, local runtime behavior, or charges imposed by third-party services.
Availability and Changes
Visu.Haus is provided as it is available. We may add, change, limit, suspend, discontinue, rename, replace, or remove features, models, plans, pricing, exports, storage, integrations, MCP tools, gallery behavior, limits, and credit costs. Uptime, output quality, compatibility, storage availability, export quality, public link availability, MCP availability, API availability, and provider availability are not guaranteed.
Some features may be experimental, beta, limited, or subject to provider changes. Experimental features may break, disappear, produce unexpected results, or change without notice.
Suspension and Termination
You can stop using Visu.Haus at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other people, fail to pay, misuse credits, infringe rights, overload the service, evade limits, or if we are required to do so by law, provider rules, or platform integrity needs.
After termination, some provisions continue, including those about ownership, licenses, public content, payment obligations, billing records, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, disputes, privacy, and enforcement.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visu.Haus is provided as is and as available. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.
We do not warrant that the service, AI models, generated outputs, exports, files, previews, storage, public links, gallery items, MCP server, APIs, connected clients, or third-party integrations will meet your expectations or operate without errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visu.Haus and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, missed deadlines, client issues, reputational harm, business interruption, procurement of substitute services, loss of goodwill, third-party charges, extra AI or cloud costs, automation costs, overuse costs, payment fees, taxes, or damages caused by low-quality, unusable, broken, delayed, repeated, unexpected, or user-directed outputs.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Visu.Haus for the service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100, unless applicable law requires a different amount.
Indemnity, Disputes, and Contact
If you use Visu.Haus for a business, client, organization, agency, studio, or commercial project, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Visu.Haus and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your input, output, public content, MCP or API use, connected-client use, automation use, commercial use, client use, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
If something goes wrong, contact us first at contact@visu.haus so we can try to resolve it. These Terms are intended to apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and do not limit mandatory rights that cannot be waived by contract.
Disputes will be handled under the applicable laws governing your location, transaction, and the product operator, together with any mandatory consumer, privacy, payment, and platform protections that cannot be waived by contract. If Visu.Haus later adopts a formal operating entity, governing law, or venue for disputes, that information will be published in this Legal Center.
