This Legal Center collects the core policies that govern Visu.Haus. The product is operated as an international AI-assisted creative software service, including the website, editor, gallery, account features, exports, APIs, and MCP server access.
The policies are written in English as the primary operating version. Translations or summaries are provided for convenience only unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Key Operating Rules
- Completed generations are not refundable based on creative quality, style, usefulness, subjective satisfaction, or mismatch with expectations.
- Credits may be restored only when a generation or update fails technically and no completed output is delivered.
- AI outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, error-free, non-infringing, commercially suitable, or compatible with every browser, export, device, or workflow.
- MCP server access, APIs, connected AI clients, automations, and third-party tools are user-directed workflows. MCP generations do not use Visu.Haus Cloud AI credits when they run through your own compatible AI provider, but they remain subject to plan access, fair use, technical limits, storage limits, provider quotas, provider costs, and availability. Users are responsible for the prompts, instructions, tool calls, files, permissions, approvals, outputs, and downstream use connected to those workflows.
- Users are responsible for all costs arising from their use of Visu.Haus and connected services, including Visu.Haus credits or plan charges, payment fees, taxes, third-party provider fees, AI client charges, API charges, bandwidth, storage, compute, and any extra costs triggered through MCP or other integrations.
- Private prompts and private uploaded files are not sold or published without permission. They may be processed by trusted service providers as needed to operate, secure, debug, support, and improve Visu.Haus.
- Users are responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, and approving outputs before using them in client, commercial, public, or production work.
- Public gallery items require additional permission for Visu.Haus to host, display, preview, promote, and make the item viewable or remixable through product features.

- Operator details
- Visu.Haus is currently operated by Lucas Luz as the product operator. Legal notices and rights requests should be sent to contact@visu.haus. If Visu.Haus later operates through a formal company, the public Legal Center, checkout records, and account notices will be updated to identify the current contracting entity.
If a written enterprise agreement, data processing addendum, order form, or app marketplace agreement applies to your account, that document controls only where it expressly conflicts with these public policies.
Policy Updates
Visu.Haus may update these policies as the product, providers, pricing, features, laws, or business structure changes. If a change materially affects user rights or obligations, Visu.Haus will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service, account area, checkout flow, or email.
Continued use after a policy update means you accept the updated policy, except where applicable law requires a different process.
